Our Fees
At Collective Legal Solutions we pride ourselves on providing real value for money and security for our clients. We believe it is right that our clients know what our services will cost from the outset with no unwanted surprises.
Should you instruct us to act on your behalf in relation to the administration of an estate we guarantee our fees won’t exceed the following:
- 1.5% of the first £500,000 of the deceased’s estate
- 1% of the next £500,000 of the deceased’s estate
- 0.75% of every £500,000 of the deceased’s estate thereafter
These figures represent a capped maximum so you know our fees will never exceed this amount*. A fixed fee quote is provided when we have full estate details. Our quote will be based on a combination of the value of the estate and the anticipated work involved. Fees are usually collected from the estate and are not normally payable by the family.

There is no cost per asset, per beneficiary, per call or per letter. We don’t charge an hourly rate so you are not penalised every time you wish to discuss an issue with your appointed Case Manager. Your Case Manager is the person appointed as your main contact who will take responsibility for the completion of the legal work from start to finish.
